IEPs That Work Avoiding Common Pitfalls and Building Stronger Plans with Stephanie DeLussey

Stephanie DeLussey is a special education teacher, author of Intentional IEPs, and founder of The Intentional IEP community. Known online as “Mrs. D,” Stephanie has worked in public and charter schools across four states, both urban and suburban. Despite never being formally trained in writing IEPs, she developed her own intentional system after years of trial and error—one that saves teachers time, reduces stress, and improves student outcomes.
